Energy audits
Tailored to what the client already knows about their energy use and what's prompted the audit. Site work involves a walk-round, inspection of plant and controls, and review of energy data. Where it adds value, the audit can include short-term energy logging, thermographic imaging, or other monitoring to confirm what's actually happening on site.
Feasibility studies
Technical and financial assessment of a specific project, or a comparison of options where the right technology hasn't yet been chosen. Covers renewables, fabric upgrades, equipment replacement, controls, storage, and combinations of all of these. Independent of equipment suppliers, so the recommendation reflects what's right for the site rather than what's easiest to sell.
Carbon reporting
Follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and covers Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Includes data gathering, calculation, and a clear report that meets the client's reporting needs. Common formats include SECR, Carbon Reduction Plans for tender compliance (PPN 006), and CDP responses. Calculations are defensible and assumptions are stated.
Decarbonisation plans
Takes the carbon report as a starting point and sets out a practical sequence of measures for the years ahead. Tailored to the client's ambition, capability, and operational constraints. Covers energy efficiency and renewables, but also behavioural change, transport electrification, procurement, and supply chain. Each measure is costed and prioritised so the plan can be acted on.
